Design/Build

From the conceptual stage through completed construction, Team ACP’s Design/Build Services work to minimize project risk and shorten project delivery by overlapping the design and construction phases of the project.

Preconstruction Services

At project conception, Team ACP works with clients to achieve their design, budget and scheduling goals. After producing preliminary cost estimates and schedules, we are able to make recommendations for value engineering at the front end of the construction project. In addition, our experience in working with local utilities and government jurisdictions offers our clients valuable insight on project planning and delivery.

Value Engineering

Team ACP uses value engineering to maximize the performance and minimize the cost on specific phases of the construction project. During the design phase, we are able to establish cost-saving alternatives while working to maintain equivalent results. In addition, we work to determine if the process, or approach, to a particular portion of work is both practical and cost effective.
