Self-Performing Project Delivery
We believe in taking a different approach to project delivery. Unlike
most general contractors, we have the ability to self-perform multiple
segments of the project scope and routinely self-perform over 75% of the
work on our projects. We have skilled labor, specialized equipment and the
hands-on experience to get the job done right.
By self-performing work with our own crews, we are able to provide the
owner with exceptional benefits. Self-performing ensures a higher level of
collaboration and gives us the control to efficiently reduce or eliminate
subcontractor delays, control costs and insure quality craftsmanship. |

Adding Value with Minority Partnerships
By becoming Small Woman & Minority Owned (SWaM) certified by the
Department of Minority Business Enterprises (DMBE), Team ACP’s CEO and
Founder, Sylvester Clay, believes the firm’s capabilities have increased
significantly. As a result, we’re committed to adding value to other SWaM
businesses in the region by providing support and teaming together on a
variety of different projects. In addition, Team ACP has partnered with some
of the nation’s largest construction firms, who have been notably ranked in
Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 50 General Contractors. Through these
partner projects, Team ACP has received up to 34% SWaM participation on
